Picture it. Each and every week throughout central Michigan hundreds of people from Community Church meet in living rooms and around kitchen tables, in restaurants and office break rooms, to catch up, grow in faith, and support one another. At Community Church we believe that relationships are essential to the life of a Christ follower and so we seek to offer a place for every person in our church to experience community. As you can expect in a church our size, that is a tall order. But the leaders of the Small Group Ministry believe it is possible.

This Fall Small Group Ministries is preparing to launch 20 more small groups so that an even greater number of people can find a place to connect. In order to make that happen, we will need a team of new small group leaders who are willing to be a part of creating community. Maybe God is saying to you, "picture yourself as a small group leader."

Picture yourself being at the center of people finding encouragement and growth.
Picture yourself making a lasting impact in peoples lives.
Picture yourself having a blast doing it!

Small Group ministry will provide the training, the great study materials, and assistance in gathering a group of people. All you need to have is a love for people and a willingness to be used by God.
